SECOND ASIA PACIFIC NETWORK FORUM | NUSA DUA BALI 2010

This is the second time ASPACNET Forum held by the JNE Jakarta. The previous event was held in Thailand. We are PT. Bewish International appointed directly by JNE Jakarta to undertake this meeting for 4 Days 3 nights at The Laguna Resort & Spa. Second ASPACNET Forum was attended by seven country such as; Indonesia, Thailand, Philippine, Singapore, Japan, China and Netherlands. The all program of this event as state follows;

The first day, all participant are invited to enjoy a half day tour by visiting Garuda Wisnu Kencana ( GWK ) continue to Uluwatu Temple. Uluwatu Temple is The Amazing Hindu Temple on the cliff bank with the crevasse under its. The Temple is blessed with the breathtaking view of the Indian Ocean and sunset as backdrop. Watching the spectacular Balinese performance dance of kecak and then followed by Seafood dinner at Jimbaran Beach.

The second day, this is the culmination of activities ASPACNET Forum. The participants in the morning had done registration to attend Full day meeting to discuss the framwork program of the respective companies. This meeting activity is interspersed with 2 time coffee break and one time lunch at in-house Restaurant. at the evening all participant were invited to Gala dinner at Pool Stage of The Laguna Resort & Spa.

The third day, participants were escorted to explore tourism object in Bali by visiting Ubud palace and then visiting Ubud Traditional Art Market. continue to visiting Taman ayun Temple is a temple which is used as altar by Hindu people specially exists in Bali Island and it is one of the heritages from Mengwi Empire. Around 17:30 pm the participants arrived at Tanah Lot Temple and was welcome by "Tektekan" the traditional music and follow by hosting a buffet dinner at Pan Pacific Nirwana Resort & Spa.

Fourth day, this is the last day of activity ASPACNET Forum 2010. All participant left the Laguna Resort & Spa to fly back to their respective country. Bravo JNE Jakarta

Ubud is The Best City in Asia

Ubud has been appointed as one of the icon in Bali and famous throughout the word and in 2009, Ubud has been selected as A Best City in Asia based on since Conde Nast Traveler Magazine. Ubud has reached 82,5 score from the total polling 25.000 magazine reader. The local community of Ubud has celebrated this wonderful moment at Puri Agung Ubud which mostly called by Puri Saren or Ubud Palace on Saturday night 30 January 2010.

The reward celebration has been signified by presenting the Award from Conde Nast Traveler Magazine representative Aloysius Purwa to the representative of Ubud community which is deputized by the Regent of Gianyar, Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati. Ubud has been appointed as A Best City in Asia according to this magazine version that this assessment based on six categories assessment those are atmosphere, cultures, hospitality, accommodations, restaurants and shopping.

This assessment is absolutely out of prediction from all communities in Ubud. In 2009, ubud has reached top position and defeated Bangkok, Chiang Mai and Hongkong. The highest score jacking up acquirement celebration event, Pande Sutawan.

Before the celebration event of ubud as A Best City in Asia award executed, the components from the tourism of Ubud consisted of Ubud Hotel Association (UHA), Indonesia Hotel Association (PHRI), and work together with local goverment of Gianyar Regency have conducted a small meeting on 23 January 2010 that is an evaluation and improvement to perform the best for all Ubud visitor.

Gianyar Regent, Tjokorda Oka Artha Ardhana Sukawati also said that what the Ubud was achieved as a hard worked from the entire Ubud communities and of course the sacrifice from the predecessor to put the high values that make Ubud looking like now.
